Pentair Triton TR140-C3 Commercial Sand Filter #140342 (36" Tank) with a 3" flange is designed for commerical swimming pool applications and storm water treatment applications where a schedule 40 or schedule 80 tandem piping and plumbing kit can be utilized to connect multiple sand filters in parallel to treat 100K gallons or more of water, and can handle up to 700 gpm utilizing 6 inch plumbing. Tandem plumbing and piping kits are sold seperately under our Pentair Plumbing Kits Category. The Pentair Trtion TR140-C3 Sand Filter can also be utilized as a single sand filter using a 3" manifold kit and plumbing for a 2" multiport backwash valve. Note: Please call for Freight Shipping and Sizing Questions before ordering. NOTE: Stormwater Treatment Facilites can utilize the TRITON TR-140C3 in combinations up to 5 or more filters in parallel using the Pentair "Adder Plumbing Kits" along with a commercial pump (5-20 HP).
